Dear Players, 因近期伺服器與原廠商合約到期，故近期更換Server後，若有任何玩家有相關連線問題，建議請檢查是否有區域性網路障礙。 建議可透過切換Proxy伺服器或者是改使用其他VPN伺服器來解決網路無法連線的異常。 若仍無法改善，建議玩家請提供相關網路連線資訊（例如：ISP是哪裡的廠商？透過終端機介面使用命令"ping login.uwowcn.com" 是否能正常收到網路封包回傳？是否會有嚴重延遲…等資料？）以供客服團隊協助確認。 Best regards!
