  3. If you used a toy on yourself that has a long duration, it would disappearing after entering instances.
  4. I was doing Arcway 7 and we didn't meet the requirement for the % on trash mobs. We decided to kill last boss and go back to clear trash quick. After we killed boss all trash disappearing and we could not finish our key because we were missing 3% with no mobs anymore.
